Muggiaea atlantica #1 | Art Prints
$12.00 - $20.00
A colonial jellyfish with a faceted, rocketship nectophore catches the light so that one panel of its body glows green. It's bell is divided like a bodice. It's siphosome is a messy strand of tiny white zooids with flecks of orange.
This small but incredibly quick colonial jellyfish was previously a rare find for me, but the Spring and Summer of 2024 I was finding them abundantly in Seattle and near Deception Pass. I love how they catch the light.
Available in 5"x7" or 8"x10"art prints on high quality photo paper.
