Bull Kelp Patch
Bull Kelp [Nereocystis luetkeana]
Small version: 2.5" diameter polytwill embroidered patch** in this version the stipe of the bull kelp touches the border of the patch
Large version: ~4" diameter polytwill embroidered patch
Bull kelp is an incredibly important part of my local ecosystem, providing food, habitat, and natural beauty.
I designed this interlacing bull kelp patch based on herbarium presses I made in 2018 while studying marine botany. The patch border is a licensed pattern from The Deer's Embroidery Legacy, which creates a faux merrow clean edge to the patch.
Patch can come with or without iron on backing, depending on preference - if you want to add iron-on include the linked listing in your cart: shop.noncompliantcyborg.com/product/add-on-iron-on-backing
Patches are generally made to order - feel free to send me a message if you would like customizations/personalization and I will do my best to meet your request.
